Not a single state pubic university from Odisha has made it to the list of top 100 educational institutions in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rankings released by the Ministry of Education on Friday. Siksha `O` Anusandhan in Bhubaneswar bagged 30th position in the top 100 institutes in the country.
